About the Founder
Mike Winzerling, the founder of MW Consulting, was born and raised in Germany. Starting in different roles from factory worker to a sales representative, he moved to Asia in 2007. Here, he worked his way up to Senior Management roles across SEA and subsequently to CEO over a span of 15 years. He managed and developed Sales and Manufacturing Companies across Asia from Strategy Development to successful implementation.
Partners
Stephan Fernandez, a systems and process consultant with 17 years of project implementation experience. Starting off with Oracle CRM in his early days of consulting, he gradually gained experience in solution architecture, project management and grew his portfolio of technologies to include Databases, Business Intelligence and Marketing automation platforms. Implementing projects for large, medium and small scale businesses has given him access to first hand knowledge in best practices across a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, financial and insurace, manufacturing, travel and entertainment, and governmental agencies. Majority of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects have also helped make him one of the top CRM consultants in Malaysia over the last few years.
Michelle Francis is an exceptional real estate negotiator who recently embarked on her career in Malaysia with experience with Knight Frank Property Hub and now with Keller Williams Reapfield, Malaysia. After spending a decade abroad, living in Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore, Michelle brings a wealth of international experience and a deep appreciation for the diverse cultures she has encountered.
